Larch Mansion

The Larch Mansion was built at the beginning of the nineteenth century as the residence of an estate administrator. Today, the building welcomes guests from across the country and beyond!

The exact date when the Larch Mansion was built stays unknown. Most likely, it was built in the first half of the nineteenth century as the central building of the manor farm complex and the residence of the estate administrator. At the time, Radziejowice was a prosperous estate, featuring a brickyard, a forge, mills, and taverns that were leased out. Therefore, there must have been an administrator responsible for maintaining such a large estate. However, the building was not included in the detailed panorama drawing made in 1820 by Jakub Sokołowski, which suggests the Mansion was built later. It is thought that the Larch Mansion was tied to the Ossoliński family, as it was commonly referred to as “Ossolineum” in the 1930s. However, the question of its dating and authorship is still shrouded in the mists of history.

Today, in the Larch Mansion, guest rooms are available and a living room, that was particularly designed for small gatherings of the guests. The mansion’s architectural shape and its location interest many tourists visiting the Radziejowice Castle and Palace-Park Complex.
