The Polish Red Cross is part of the world’s largest international humanitarian movement and one of the oldest in human history. Its components operating at the international level include the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), as well as national Red Cross and Red Crescent societies.


The foundation was established in 1992 on the initiative of parents of children attending the Karol Szymanowski Primary and Secondary Music School No. 4 in Warsaw. Initially, it operated under the name “Fundacja im. Karola Szymanowskiego” within the school, and today it functions as an independent institution – the Cultural Education Foundation. Since its establishment, Róża Paderewska has served as President of the Management Board. The main purpose of the foundation is the artistic development of children, young people, and adults, as well as the promotion of musical culture. In December 2003, the foundation was nominated for the President of the Republic of Poland Award for creative work for children and young people „Sztuka Młodym”.


The artistic group “Łódź Kaliska” has been active continuously since 1979. Its members include: Marek Janiak, Andrzej Kwietniewski, Adam Rzepecki, Andrzej Świetlik, Andrzej Wielogórski (Makary), and Sławek Bit. Zofia Łuczko collaborated with the group from May 1983 to September 2019. In 2007, Andrzej Kwietniewski left the group. Established in 1979 amid controversy, the group positioned itself as a neo-avant-garde formation focused on exploring perception and photomedia, based forms of recording, drawing on the tradition of conceptual art, particularly in photography, experimental film, and performance. Łódź Kaliska frequently employs advertising strategies and new electronic media, using them to create photographs referencing the legacy of pop art and Dadaism.


The club brings together adults living in Warsaw. Its purpose is to support the Warsaw Branch of the Polish Association for People with Intellectual Disabilities in providing equal opportunities, creating conditions for the observance of human rights, fostering active participation in social life, and safeguarding their health.


Joanna Papuzińska is a Polish writer and literary scholar, a full professor of humanities, a lecturer at the University of Warsaw, and a literary critic. She is an author of books for children and young people and a recipient of the Order of the Smile. Her work for children is characterised by combining fairy tales with the realities of modern life. The humour that accompanies a reader, relieves unconscious fears, allows a child to see the world as a friendly and kind place to all people.

The Association of Theatre Directors is a non-governmental organisation established in 1993, whose statutory activities focus on supporting the proper functioning of cultural institutions in Poland. The Association conducts informational, training, and promotional activities. It issues opinions on new legal solutions and addresses professional matters as well as the working conditions of theatre directors.


The Special Educational and Care Centre in Żyrardów is a public institution providing educational, upbringing, and care services for children and young people with mild, moderate, severe, and profound intellectual disabilities, as well as autism, Asperger’s syndrome, and multiple disabilities, including cases in which one of the coexisting conditions is an intellectual disability. The main aim of the centre is to prepare its pupils for independent participation in social life and integration with the wider community.
